Please review the following information which goes over my intake process, services, and office policies so you can be informed in making a decision in whether to work with me.

Please note that I am licensed in New York and therefore am only able to see patients who are located here or willing to travel here.

I am currently only offering video appointments. Clients must be located in New York

I am currently in-network with Aetna only. I am out-of-network with other health insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid. I can provide an itemized receipt or superbill that may allow you to get some reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance. Payment is accepted on the day of service via credit card. Please note that I do not offer sliding scale or discounted rates.

I offer the following services as part of my treatment plans with patients (personalized based on your needs and preferences):

  • Medication management

  • Psychotherapy

  • Basic lab testing

Fee List:

  • Initial Consultation (60 minutes, $600)

  • Medication Management (30 minutes, $300)

  • Psychotherapy (50 minutes, $500)

  • Medication Management + Psychotherapy (50 minutes, $500)

Clinical Services Between Appointments

Clinical services provided between appointments (e.g. phone calls with family members or other providers, prior authorizations, letters or forms, transfer of records) are billed at the rate of $75 per 10 minute increment.
